Goodbye Snailberry Society. Hello… This.

I had a whole plan.

Of course I did.

It involved a cute name (Snailberry Society), cozy vibes, curated bundles, and this idea that I would somehow become the kind of mom who thoughtfully assembles beautiful things while sipping coffee that’s still hot.

Reader, I am not that mom.

And honestly? I don’t think most of us are.

The Reality Check

Somewhere between work, school drop-offs, trying to remember if my 6-year-old has eaten something green in the last 48 hours, and the daily “what’s for dinner” spiral…

I realized something:

I don’t have time to curate a Pinterest-perfect experience.
And you probably don’t either.

But what I do have time for?

  • Laughing at the chaos

  • Figuring out small things that actually make life easier

  • Sharing the real, unfiltered version of motherhood

And that’s where things started to shift.

Why Snailberry Had to Go

Snailberry Society was cute.

But it also felt like… work. The kind of work that requires:

  • sourcing

  • assembling

  • making everything look perfect

And that’s not what this brand is about.

This isn’t about pretending we have it all together.
This isn’t about aesthetics over sanity.

This is about real moms, real life, and finding ways to make it all just a little easier (and maybe a little funnier).

So What Is TMG Magazine?

It’s simpler.

It’s better.

It’s actually doable.

TMG Magazine is a monthly magazine (yes, an actual one you can hold — or read digitally in your pajamas) made for:

  • moms who are overwhelmed but functional

  • moms who want to be “fun” but are also very tired

  • moms who forget to eat breakfast but somehow keep everyone else alive

Each issue includes:

  • A note from me (equal parts honesty and mild chaos)

  • Real-life articles — no fluff, no perfection

  • Things I’ve been loving (and actually using)

  • Simple recipes that won’t ruin your evening

  • A fun activity (because apparently we deserve fun too?)

  • A tiny calendar of ridiculous holidays and small wins

  • Optional: a playlist, because sometimes music is the only thing holding it together

No pressure. No perfection. No “wake up at 5am and journal your way to happiness” energy.

Why a Magazine?

Because everything is digital.

And also exhausting.

There’s something about:

  • flipping actual pages

  • leaving it on the counter

  • picking it up while your kid is watching TV for the 4th time that day

That just feels… easier.

More human.

More real life.

Also, selfishly? I wanted something that feels like a tiny monthly “this is for me” moment.

And I figured maybe you do too.

The Bottom Line

Snailberry Society was a good idea.

But TMG Magazine is the right one.

It fits real life.
It fits real moms.
It fits the version of me that exists outside of being “Mom” 24/7.

And that’s kind of the whole point of The Mom Grove anyway.

If You’re Still Here

Hi.

You’re probably my kind of person.

The kind who:

  • is doing their best

  • is a little tired

  • maybe slightly unhinged by 5:37pm

  • but still cares deeply about giving their kid(s) a great life

Same.

So yeah… this is the new thing.

And I’m really excited about it.

TMG Magazine launches soon.
Sign up by the 20th to get the first issue.

Chaos included. No apologies necessary.

Still standing (barely)
— Ana
