    Q: When will I get my magazine?
    A: Every issue ships on the first of the month. Want next month’s edition? Make sure you subscribe by the 20th of the current month. After that, your subscription will start with the following month’s issue.

    Q: Can I get both digital and print?
    A: Absolutely! You can choose digital, print, or both. Digital editions are sent instantly via email. Print editions are mailed directly to your door. Coffee not included.

    Q: How long will my subscription last?
    A: Your subscription is month-to-month — cancel anytime if life (or your sanity) calls for a break.

    Q: How do I cancel or update my subscription?

    Shipping / Delivery:

    • Print editions are shipped monthly via USPS. International shipping may take longer and is the responsibility of the subscriber.

    • Digital editions are delivered via email as a PDF or a secure link.

    Refunds / Exchanges:

    • We don’t do refunds for past issues. If there’s a technical problem with your digital issue, reach out and we’ll sort it.

    • Snailberry Society: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Because each envelope is personalized and mailed physically, we do not offer refunds for partially completed months. Cancel anytime to stop future shipments.
